First of a two-parter recommending some sub-£12.50 bangers. Fill your boots!
Chateau Courac Cotes-du-Rhone 2019 is our new House Wine, incredible for under £10
Ah I am pleased. It’s a corker
That pinot is a great recommendation. Delicious. Really well made. Reminded me of the Bourgogne Passetoutgrains I had at my wedding.
It's brilliant isn't it? So glad you enjoyed it.
Ch Freyneau 2016 and Graves Caractère 2019 also worthy of note. Will try the ones you suggest.
Annoyingly the Freyneau seems to be OOS.
What a pisser.
I'm sure they keep a person on staff to receive said faxes from said colonel in Worcestershire as he's the only one paying or his Bordeaux allotments.
Ha, very likely.
I will try the Chateau Courac. My favourite Loire red from the WS is Domaine de la Noblaie les temps de cerise - great value!
Big fan of Temps de Cerese too - also a a great song.
